I’m Ruthie a gal finishing her YTT program. I'm the founder of Namaste Nudge. As someone who has personally grappled with the highs and lows of bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression, I understand the profound impact that mood-related challenges can have on one's life. For years, I searched for holistic approaches to manage my emotional well-being and cultivate a sense of inner peace. It was during this journey that I discovered the transformative power of yoga, mindfulness, and self-awareness practices.
