  • Self-Awerness Tool/System

    I have developed a self-awareness system that has proven highly effective in my personal experience. This system comprises two key components:

    The first component is a self-awareness thermometer, which facilitates the identification of one's energy levels. This thermometer spans from extreme fatigue to episodes of manic or hypomanic states, providing individuals with a comprehensive framework to gauge their current state of being.

    The second component is a complementary thermometer designed to align movement and mindfulness practices with one's energy level. This component ensures that individuals engage in practices that are appropriate and beneficial based on their current energy state, optimizing their overall well-being and enhancing the efficacy of their self-awareness journey.

    We offer a variety of tools and materials to support individuals on their journey towards holistic well-being. Additionally, we provide a weekly blog post featuring a wealth of resources, including breathing exercises, recommended yoga poses tailored to different energy levels, and a curated list of tools to assist anyone struggling with mental health challenges.

    Classes and Courses

    As Namaste Nudge continues to evolve, I am committed to expanding my offerings to meet the diverse needs of our community. Shortly, as I complete my training I plan to introduce a comprehensive library of videos covering a range of mindfulness practices and yoga sequences. Additionally, I'll be launching private classes, providing individuals with personalized guidance and support on their journey toward self-awareness and well-being.
